Carmel McLoughlin is COO with responsibilty for service delivery, financial and legal affairs.
Carmel McLoughlin's experience includes strategic financial management for start-up companies in the Technology and Fine Chemicals industries. She has considerable global financial experience having served as financial controller and interim CFO with companies in the US and China. Carmel has more than ten years experience managing large investment portfolios in property and entertainment sector, with a focus on operational planning, investor relations and compliance. Previously based in Brussels where she was employed by paper global leader Sappi Limited as their European Finance Manager.
Carmel holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance and following that pursued ACCA.
Hajan Selmani, Head of Technology
He is the Founder & CEO of HASELT, a software development and consulting company based in Skopje, Macedonia. He also holds CTO position at 3P Development and Coordinator of Academy for Programmers at Seavus Education & Development Center. He is Software Architect who strives to build intelligent software solutions by using latest Microsoft technologies. Significant amount of his time is spent on researches about the future of technology. Hajan is Microsoft MVP, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPD) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). In the community, he is known as a web professional who has deep passion to share his knowledge actively with others. He leads MK WEB User Group, is a Board member of MKDOT.NET, do some blogging whenever he has free time and speaks in almost all known technology events, camps and group meetings in Macedonia and neighbor countries. His speaking engagements are always rated with high scores (http://speakerrate.com/hajan), and in total has held more than a hundred (100+) of lectures and trainings in all levels (academy, public speaking, conferences, user group meetings, MCT trainings, tailor-made courses, etc.)
Hajan holds Master's Degree (MSc.) in Computer Sciences from South-East European University.
